Leanne has transformed her life through fitness and wellness. In 2022 she found herself overweight, unhappy, tired and completely burnt out. As a divorce attorney, she was working long hours and under enormous stress. She finally decided that she was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and it was time to make changes.
Her first step was to drastically reduce her stress load so that she could breathe and have the time and energy to make the other changes. She began by overhauling her diet, doing strength training 5 days per week and increasing her daily steps.
Leanne loved the changes to her life that resulted from prioritizing her wellness and now she wants to help others do the same.
